HID flood lights with
permanent and magnetic mount options work on 12 and 24 volt DC systems and
provide illumination that extends 250 feet. The permanent mount and magnetic

The Magnalight HL-85-10W1-110V Pistol Grip Spotlight is an extremely rugged and effective spotlight designed to give users a powerful, durable and easy to use source of reliable light. This spotlight produces 800 lumens and a light beam approximately 800’ long by 175’ wide. This pistol grip spotlight requires no tools for servicing and runs on common 110 VAC current via an included inline transformer.
This light weight, 10 watt, LED spotlight is ergonomically designed to produce a well balanced and easily managed handheld light source that can withstand abuse under tactical conditions. This light contains a single 10 watt LED rated at 120,000 hours of operational life which is paired with a patent pending reflector design to produce a light beam that reaches 800 feet in length and 175 feet in width. This beam is strong enough to allow operators to read signs, license plates, addresses and other similar markings at the far end of its total range.
This pistol grip spotlight is designed for durability with a handle constructed of high impact nylon and an LED assembly fully potted within a lamp assembly constructed of machined aluminum. The LED lamp assembly is protected by a thick Lexan lens. This lamp and the materials it is constructed from are water, UV ray, impact and vibration resistant and designed to be easily field serviceable. This unit requires no tools to remove any components and the internal connectors are accessed through a snap in base at the bottom of the handle.
Power for this spotlight is provided via an included stepdown transformer which converts common 110 VAC household current to 12 VDC for powering the light.

Versatile Power Options: This pistol grip spotlight operates on common 110 VAC household current through the inclusion of a 25 foot cord and an inline transformer. This waterproof transformer steps down common household 110 AC to 12 VDC for powering this spotlight. This spotlight can also be disconnected from the transformer and operated on any voltage ranging from 9 to 32 volts DC. Other cords, including 21 foot cords with ring terminals (C-21RT), 16 foot cord with spring battery clamps (alligator clips) (C-16BC) and a 16 foot straight cord with cigarette plug (C-16CP) are available.
Durability-Convenience: The HL-85-10W1-110V Pistol Grip LED Spotlight contains a single LED that is fully potted within a machined aluminum lamp housing and protected by a thick Lexan lens. This LED has an expected life span of 120,000 hours and the entire LED lamp housing can be removed and replaced. This light is constructed of UV, water and impact resistant materials including a handle constructed of high impact nylon for extreme durability and resistance to damage from vibrations, shocks and impacts. The machined aluminum lamp housing is finished with an anodized coating for corrosion resistance. 16 gauge wiring is used to connect the internal components for maximum reliability and durability.
Versatility: The entire unit weighs only 9 lbs including transformer and cord and comes with an included wrist lanyard for added carrying security. This light has a 3/8-16 inch brass nut fastener imbedded in the base of the handle to allow mounting this light to a tripod or magnetic base like our MM-2 or MM-5. We also offer permanent mount bases, which can be screwed into the base as well. This unit is fully field serviceable and requires no tools to disassemble or reassemble. This unit is ideal for military, security and law enforcement as well as hunting and any application that requires an extremely durable and effective source of portable illumination.
3 year warranty replacement on this LED light. After 30 days, the customer ships the failed LED light and/or LED bulb to Larson Electronics’ Magnalight at their expense. If the failure is a manufacturer defect, we will ship a new replacement to the customer. If failure occurs within 30 days of receipt, Larson Electronics Magnalight will provide a return label via email to the customer. When the failed light is returned, Magnalight will ship a new replacement.
