We carry a complete line of HID off road and HID equipment lights, including the Acro Light line. HID flood lights with permanent and magnetic mount options work on 12 and 24 volt DC systems and provide illumination that extends 250 feet. The permanent mount and magnetic mount HID spotlights project a beam to 3000 feet.

The Magnalight HAL-48-2L-LV Hazardous Area Fluorescent Light Fixture is U.S./Canada U.L. approved Class 1 Division 2 Groups A, B, C and D - UL 1598A listed, has a T4C temperature rating and ideal for open air hazardous locations where flammable chemical/petrochemical vapors may be occassionally encountered. This low voltage version of the HAL-48-2L is designed to run on 12/24 volts DC.
The HAL-48-2L-LV fixture is a 4 foot long, 2 lamp, UL listed Class 1 Division 2 Groups A, B, C and D hazardous area fluorescent light and a good choice for use in applications requiring a low voltage source of illumination. This fixture is T4A temperature rated and comes standard with F32-T8 bulbs. The lamps are protected by an aluminum framed hinged glass door secured with four turn latches and the fixture is constructed of copper free aluminum alloy. The lamp reflector is corrosion resistant heavy gauge aluminum and coated with a high gloss reflective finish.
This fixture is designed to operate on 12 or 24 volts DC only and is U.L. 595 and UL 1598A Marine Type approved for use marine environments. The HAL-48-2L-LV provides operators in hazardous locations with a reliable and affordable low voltage lighting solution for open areas where flammable chemicals and vapors my occasionally be present.

NOTE ON LAMPS: This fixture comes equipped with F32-T8/841 32 Watt lamps producing 2950 lumens per bulb, 24,000 hours of service life and a 4100 Kelvin color. The HAL-48-2L-LV has an electronic ballast and only works with 12 or 24 volt DC lamps. Please specify your desired voltage option from the drop down menu below when ordering..
Standard Surface Mount Brackets: Each bracket is cinched to the bracket mounting peg on each side of the light. The angle of the bracket is set by tightening two cap screws on either side of the bracket. The cap screws act as a set screw. The bracket itself is mounted via a single bolt hole at the top the bracket. There are two brackets, one on each end of the light. Once the brackets are mounted to a surface (ceiling, floor or wall), the light fixture can be removed from the brackets by loosening the cap screws that hold the bracket to the mounting peg. Mounting brackets are removable. A single through hole enables the operator to install the light to any surface. A sliding bracket mount kit is also available in the optional accessories menu below for retrofitting this fixture into existing mounting locations.
