Larson Electronics
Larson Electronics manufactures the
Magnalight 12 volt spotlights with magnetic base and 12 volt searchlights with magnetic base with magnetic bases and 16 foot cords in Dallas, TX. These
industrial grade 12 volt spotlights
have been a staple of the cable, telephone and electric utility industry since
1967. Magnalight has since its beginnings expanded this to include the military/law enforcement
industries, federal and local governments, and emergency and first responder industries as well.

HID flood lights with

The Magnalight LEDLB-12-IR LED Light Bar offers high infrared light output in a light weight, durable, low profile housing combined with versatile mounting and power options. This IP67 rated infrared LED light bar is waterproof to one meter and produces 2,160 lumens of infrared light while drawing only 36 watts of power @3 amps from a 12 volt electrical system. This light can run on any voltage from 9 to 42 volts and produces an infrared light beam that can only be seen through the use of night vision goggles. 750Nm, 850Nm or 940Nm versions.

The LEDLB-12-IR LED light bar from Magnalight produces a 550' long by 70' wide infrared light beam with 2,160 lumens of light in the infrared spectrum while drawing only 36 watts @3 amps from a 12 volt electrical system. Twelve Edison Edixeon® 3 watt infrared LED emitters producing 180 lumens each are paired with high purity 10 degree optics to produce a tightly focused spot beam with limited spread or light spillage. We also offer optional floodlight versions with 35 degree optics to produce a wider infrared beam spread. We offer 750Nm, 850Nm versions that are ideal for most IR applications and 940Nm versions that require the latest IR equipment for full effectiveness.
These LED light bars are IP67 rated and waterproof to one meter, sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt and ruggedly constructed to withstand demanding environments and applications. The entire Magnalight LEDLB series are constructed of extruded aluminum and feature rubber isolated mounts and unbreakable polycarbonate lenses to provide durability and resistance to vibrations, impacts, waves, hard rains, sand and high winds. |

Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. As a result, many manufacturers reduce the output of their LEDs to reduce the amount of heat produced. These LED light bars utilize an extruded aluminum housing that incorporates an advanced heat radiating fin design which dissipates heat efficiently to produce the maximum amount of power and longevity from the integrated Edison Edixeon® Emitters. The end result is more light and longer LED life with higher average lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours.
Voltage Control: These units are able to monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels ranging from 9 to 42 VDC. These LEDLB series light bars can operate on current ranging from 9 to 42 VDC without any modifications necessary as a result. This multi-voltage capability makes these units ideal for mobile and stand alone applications such as those found on boats, heavy equipment and vehicles where power systems don’t always operate with 12 volts and external generators, transformers or inverters are impractical.

Durability: The LEDLB series of LED light bars from Magnalight offer IP67 rated construction that is designed to withstand tough environmental and operating conditions. These units can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to one meter and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from extruded aluminum, the hardware is stainless steel and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The Edixeon® LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and vibrations, contributing to these units 15.6Grms rating of vibration tolerance. These LEDLB series light bars are ideal for use in marine environments as well as industrial and commercial settings.
Mounting: These LEDLB light bars feature a smaller profile and lighter weight than our LEDLB-E extreme series lights, making them ideal for use in locations where traditional lights cannot fit or would block other mounted equipment. Magnalight LEDLB series light bars are equipped standard with aluminum mounting blocks which slide within the aluminum housing to allow users to adjust their positioning to match existing or user drilled mounting holes. Each aluminum mounting block has an integrated rubber bushing to absorb vibrations and shocks. To secure the lights in place users simply slide the mounting bolts through the aluminum mounting block and rubber isolator, through the mounting surface, then secure the bolt with a locking nut on the opposite side of the mounting surface.

Note: Most Magnalight LEDLB, LEDLB-E, LEDP3W, LEDP10W, and LED10W series LED spotlights and floodlights are terminated with a Deutsch IPD / LADD DT04-2P connector. The mating connector plug is DT06-2S. Most LEDLB and LED10W series lights ship with mating connector as part of a harness or pigtail, depending on the model. Some larger LED lights like the LEDLB-160X2 or LEDLB-200X2 or multiple function LED lights (i.e. high/low beam, modulating, IR/Visible combos) will have different Deutsch connectors.

3 year warranty replacement on this LED light. After 30 days, the customer ships the failed LED light and/or LED bulb to Larson Electronics’ Magnalight at their expense. If the failure is a manufacturer defect, we will ship a new replacement to the customer. If failure occurs within 30 days of receipt, Larson Electronics Magnalight will provide a return label via email to the customer. When the failed light is returned, Magnalight will ship a new replacement. |
