Made in The USA
The EXPRL-96 Explosion Proof-Intrinsically Safe LED Trouble Light is designed to handle the demands of working within hazardous locations and environments where potentially explosive vapors, gases and other volatile compounds may be encountered.
This intrinsically safe LED trouble light comes a with a lifetime warranty and produces a powerful 240 lumen spotlight light beam and 320 lumens in floodlight mode. This LED trouble light adds extra functionality and utility through the inclusion of an independently operable secondary flood type beam. The main beam from this compact and lightweight LED trouble light is tightly focused to produce a beam of bright white light capable of reaching up to 110 feet in length. A secondary flood beam can be operated independently of the main light to produce a 320 lumen flood pattern of light covering approximately 90 square feet useful for close work and general illumination.
Either beam can be operated alone to produce a 240 lumen spotlight or floodlight beam, or in combination to produce a total of 560 lumens of light. This light can also be switched between half power mode for maximum runtime and full power mode for maximum light output when in floodlight mode. Made in the USA, this explosion proof LED trouble light offers up to 18 hours battery run time on a 3 hour charge from 12 volt vehicle source and US/International wall outlets. The EXPRL-96 comes with a quick release charging cradle, ceiling hook and belt ring. This LED trouble light is versatile, rugged and can serve in industrial, public and commercial applications with ease.

Both the flood and spot beams of this trouble light are actuated via their own momentary or constant on switches. The high intensity LEDs used in this trouble light can produce a 240 lumen spot beam or a 320 lumen flood beam of light or a 560 lumen combination of each and offer 50,000 hour lifespans. These high efficiency LEDs produce a 18 hour runtime when operating in low mode and a 9 hour runtime when operating in full power mode.
The housing is constructed of lightweight and chemical resistant Polycarbonate/ABS alloy that offers non slip grip and high durability. This LED trouble light is impact and vibration resistant, waterproof to one meter, and comes with an included ceiling hook and belt ring for easy positioning and carrying convenience. This intrinsically safe trouble light is approved Class 1, 2, 3 Div 1, Class 1, 2, 3, Div 2 and offers users the highest level of hazardous location protection available while providing the safety and efficiency of brilliant LED illumination.
