This LED emitter light contains 24 3-watt high powered LEDs providing 72 watts of LED light power. This LED light emitter bar light runs on any voltage ranging from 9 Volts to 42 Volts. This LED light emitter produces a visible beam of light that is 900 feet long and 100 feet wide with high luminosity. This 24 LED emitter light also produces an infrared light beam (non-visible) in the 850nm or 940nm range (customer’s choice). Night vision equipment is required to make use of this infrared beam. The projected distance of the infrared light is the same as that of the visible beam. We do not filter the visible light with a cut off filter, instead we package 850nm or 940nm LEDs within the array to produce the infrared light. Without additional lens diffusion, the infrared light output is equal to or greater than the visible light output, depending on the type of the night vision equipment used.

This specially configured LED emitter is designed to produce visible light and infrared light. The wiring harness includes separate power leads that enable the operator to power the visible array (top 2 rows of LEDs) and the infrared array (bottom 2 rows of LEDs) separately. Both sets share a single ground. This enables the operator to switch from visible light to covert, infrared light without leaving the safety of the vehicle via a 3 position switch. MRAP operators can tie the power lead from the visible LEDs to their blackout system and leave the infrared LEDs in continuous operation.

The www.magnalight.com LED emitter light bar uses a patent pending LED and reflector combination to provide a high powered, projected light source for vehicles, heavy equipment and security applications. Each LED is combined with its own reflector. The material composition and angle of the reflector, paired with the positioning and angle of the LED create a wide spot beam, which is unusual for a LED array, which typically produce short flood patterns. This 24 LED light produces a more focused, directed beam.
Each light bar is manufactured with an extruded aluminum housing, machined aluminum mounts and stainless steel hardware for strength, durability and weather resistance.
These LED Light Emitters come standard with aluminum supports with rubber shock isolators. The adjustable, shock insulated mounts are attached to a simple u-bracket type mount. The LED light can be mounted via a single 3/8 bolt at the center of the bracket that can be passed through a hole in the mounting surface or bracket.

This LED light emitter bar is unique because of the patent pending technology that pairs a reflector with each LED. Typically LEDs are mounted against a surface and "glow". This glow is often effective at close range, but the light energy drops off rapidly. By pairing each LED with a reflector, the emitted light energy is concentrated and projected outward, so that the "drop off" in light energy does not occur until much greater distances. Like all reflector technology, the amount of light energy projected is directly related to the shape and material of the reflector, as well as the thickness and composition of the lens. Because this LED light bar clusters the LED/reflectors together, the light pattern is both wide and long. This LED light bar emitter produces a wide spot pattern (or a modified spot pattern) which falls in between a narrow spot and a flood pattern. This particular 24 LED model produces a beam that is 900 feet long and 100 feet wide.
