Portable LED light tower with integrated battery pack and adjustable 48 Watt LED Lights on telescoping pole. This portable scene light system is the size of a "carry on" suit case. Equipped with wheels and a collapsible handle, the portable, battery powered LED light enables the operator to collapse and store the LED light bars and extendable leg supports for easy storage and transportation. The LED light bars will run for approximately 5 hours on a single charge. A built in AC charger (wall charger) enables the operator to easily recharge the portable scene light. This LED light also accepts low voltage input from vehicles and other battery packs to power the light or charge the battery. A DC port (cigarette plug socket) enables the unit to power other DC devices.
Contained within a Pelican style case with carrying handle, first responders can remove this portable LED lighting systems from storage and use the collapsible handle to roll the unit into position. The operator then lays the case down, unlatches the cover and unfolds the two supporting legs stored inside. Once the legs are extended, the operator can extend each leg to a full 3 feet for maximum support. The LED light heads are also unfolded from the case and a simple latching system locks the telescoping supporting pole into place. From there, this LED light heads can be raised into position by extending the 4 sections of the telescoping pole. The telescoping poles works similar to camera tripod legs with the operator loosening and tightening each section clamp to control the overall height of the LED lights. Operators can set the height of the lights from 3 feet to 8 feet. Each LED light head can be positioned individually and each LED light holds its position until moved via tension style hinges. The operator does need to lock the lights into place. A heavy duty coil cord carries power to the LED lights from the battery pack integrated into the case. Individual on/off buttons control the operation of each light and a battery status indicator tells the operator the length of run time remaining.
This portable LED task light can be deployed in very low light conditions after one practice run. There are no loose parts to assemble and the system is designed to power the lights from the internal battery. Alternatively, operators can other battery packs and/or vehicles to power the lights or recharge the battery once the main battery is exhausted.
The operator simply reverses the process to prepare the light for storage. The telescoping LED light pole is collapsed and the lights folded down. The operator pulls up on the locking hinge bracket to fold the light and pole assembly back into the case. A push pin on each set of support legs enables the operator to collapse and fold each leg into the case. Then the case is closed, latched and ready for transport or storage.
Applications include emergency response work, first responders for utility repairs and non-hazardous location lighting. Basically, applications where operators need to deploy lighting without the benefit of traditional high voltage power sources. Depending on the position of the light heads, operators can cover 30-50 square feet with foot candle output which is about 3 times as bright as a well lit mall parking lot.

Primary benefit of portable, battery powered scene lights is that are easily carried in the work truck and are light enough for a single person to move, position and activate. No bigger or heavier than the average carry on suitcase, the portable, battery powered scene light can be ready for work in under 30 seconds.
Made in the USA, the portable scene light system uses high powered LED emitters to produce maximum lighting for least battery draw. There are 2 LED lights included with this system. Each LED light emitter is made from extruded aluminum and contains quantity 8 of 3 watt LEDs for providing 24 watts of 1440 lumens. Together, the LED lights produce 2880 lumens and draw only 4 amps. Running on 12 volts and drawing only 2 amps per LED fixture, these LED lights can run for 5 hours on a single charge of the integrated battery.

LED indicators alert the operator to battery charge conditions and separate on/off buttons enable the operator to use the lights together or independently, based on lighting requirements and desired battery run time. Two LED light bars will run 5 hours, while a single LED emitter will run 10 hours. Each LED light is controlled by a separate rocker switch.
The LED light bar emitters are attached to the telescoping pole via an adjustable "T" style bracket. The LED light bars can positioned at various ideal angles and the assembly will hold that position until changed by the operator.

The aluminum support legs fold out from inside the watertight case, stabilizing the deployed units in high winds and inclement conditions. The legs fully deployed are from end of leg to back of box 30” long.
