The Magnalight LED10W-1SCB 10 Watt LED Light with double ball joint mount and suction cup base is recommended for various applications where a temporary and adjustable mount is desired. We have tested this suction cup mount to speeds of 90 MPH, ensuring an ideal mounting solution for applications where a temporary but exceptionally strong mount is needed. To attach this unit the operator simply has to press down on the light and the suction cup will automatically attach itself to various smooth surfaces. To remove the unit a tab located at the suction cup base allows the user to simply pull on the tab to release the cup from the mounting surface.

Adjusting this unit is as easy as loosening the thumb nut on the side of the mount, which allows moving the light head through 360 degrees of rotation and 140 degrees of tilt. This unit offers a life rating of 50,000 life hours and is compatible with 9 to 48 volts DC. With a 900 lumen output rating, this small LED unit provides operators with a versatile and powerful LED lighting solution.

The LED light emitter from Magnalight produces 900 lumens of bright light while drawing only 10 watts @ .8 amp from a 12 volt electrical system. A single Seoul Z-Power® 10 watt LED producing 900 lumens is combined with high purity optics to produce a 10 degree spread spot beam approximately 225’ long by 45’ in width. We also offer floodlight versions with a 35 degree beam spread to provide more light over a larger area nearer the fixture, making flood versions ideal for use as work lights.

Our LED10W series of LED lights are waterproof to 3 meters, sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt, and very ruggedly constructed to withstand the most demanding environments, conditions and applications. The small profile, low power requirements, high durability, and versatile adjustable mounting make this LED light ideal for a wide array of applications including but not limited to: military, industrial manufacturing, machine visioning, security and law enforcement, boating, offroading and commercial structure illumination.

Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. As a result, many manufacturers reduce the output of their LEDs to reduce the amount of heat produced. These LED light bars utilize an extruded aluminum housing that incorporates an advanced heat radiating design which dissipates heat efficiently to produce the maximum amount of power and longevity from the integrated Seoul Z-Power® Emitters. The end result is more light and longer LED life with higher average lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours.

Voltage Control: These units are able to monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels across a specific range. These LED10W series LED lights can operate on current ranging from 9 to 50VDC without any modifications necessary as a result. This multi-voltage capability makes these units ideal for mobile and standalone applications such as those found on commercial boats, heavy equipment and vehicles where power systems don’t always operate with 12 volts and external generators, transformers or inverters are impractical.

Durability: The LED10W series of LED light bars from Magnalight offer IP68 rated construction that is designed to withstand extremes of environmental and operating conditions. These units can withstand frigid temperatures, are waterproof to three meters, and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from extruded aluminum and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The Seoul Z-Power® 10 watt LED offers resistance to shocks and vibrations and is rated at 50,000 hours of use.

Mounting: A versatile suction cup provides temporary mounting of the unit to various metallic surfaces while a double ball joint mount allows 360 degrees of rotation and 140 degrees of tilt. The suction cup allows the unit to withstand speeds of up to 95mph while mounted on a vehicle. Operator simply pulls upon a tab located at the suction cup base to release the cup. To adjust this LED unit simply loosen the thumb bolt located on the side of unit, position the light head as desired, then retighten the thumb bolt.

Note: We include a short male plug with 2 wires, stripped and tinned for connection to leads from a power source with the LED10W-1SCB (i.e. vehicle system, battery, etc.). Most Magnalight LEDLB, LEDP3W, LEDP10W, and LED10W series LED spotlights and floodlights are terminated with a Deutsch IPD / LADD DT04-2P connector. The mating connector plug is DT06-2S. Most LEDLB, LEDP10W and LED10W series lights ship with mating connector as part of a harness or pigtail, depending on the model. Some larger LED lights like the LEDLB-160X2 or LEDLB-200X2 or multiple function LED lights (i.e. high/low beam, modulating, IR/Visible combos) will have different Deutsch connectors.

This light can be fitted with our 16 foot coil cord, 21 foot straight cord, and a variety of available transformer and connector options listed below.

3 year warranty replacement on this LED light. After 30 days, the customer ships the failed LED light and/or LED bulb to Larson Electronics’ Magnalight at their expense. If the failure is a manufacturer defect, we will ship a new replacement to the customer. If failure occurs within 30 days of receipt, Larson Electronics Magnalight will provide a return label via email to the customer. When the failed light is returned, Magnalight will ship a new replacement.
