First and foremost, we are giving away a single cash prize of $500.00 to one winning entry. There will be only one winner, and only the oldest example of the Magnalight brand will win. Entry is simple, and we allow you to submit as many entries as you like. Open to anyone outside of Larson Electronics, Magnalight.com is holding this event as a way of rewarding the loyalty of its longtime customers. Details:
The Magnalight Brand Contest is geared towards rewarding those longtime purchasers and owners of Magnalight lighting equipment who have the oldest example of the Magnalight brand. However, you don’t have to own or have purchased Magnalight equipment to win, and the contest is open to anyone unaffiliated with Larson Electronics or Magnalight. This contest offers a single prize of $500.00 that will go to the holder of the oldest example of a Magnalight product or sales related record containing a clear example of Magnalight branding. To participate, entrants must submit a Larson electronics Magnalight price list, invoice, catalog, advertisement, or example of a lighting product that predates 1979 and which can be clearly verified with the “Magnalight” brand in either print or logo form visible and legible.

Only entries older than 1979 will qualify and Larson Electronics will choose a winner based on the entry with the oldest date and clearest example of the Magnalight brand. Participants may also include distributor catalogs as long as they clearly include the name Magnalight in the spotlight description. Entries should contain as many details relating to the Magnalight brand as possible, and a verifiable original example must exist and be available for examination and confirmation of entry validity. We encourage anyone who may have a good example of the Magnalight brand that was created before 1979 to submit an entry.

Acceptable entries include copies and originals of sales receipts, magazine articles and advertisements from publications that predate 1979, distributor catalogs, photographs of Magnalight equipment that shows the Magnalight brand name and manufacturing date, and any pre 1979 literature, sales copy or write-ups.
