My order was dropped to start with until I called back. When I called they got it right out to me but then the light was put together wrong (transformer) so he sent me the correct stuff which was easy to install. Everything worked out good in the end.

Magna spotlight is amazing, very light to handle and strong bright beam. All my friends asked if i can order for them same spot light. I tried more than 8 different makes of spot light ranging from 3 -15 millions candle lights, from the UK, Australia and Italy, but the Magna light is the best I have so far. Very pleased with products. More pleased with service. Originallu ordered accessory that did not go with my order... staff called to inform me of the mismatch. GoLight thermal imaging was DOA, but staff was able to quickly identify problem and send replacement parts. Everything is working perfectly now. Great customer service!

Absolutely love the product, however, due to the lack of protection in the shipping container, I did recieve two units that had a cracked lens cover. They are still effective for what there designed for but I do believe there is an area of concern that could definately be improved upon. Thanks again for the wonderful products.

You should bring out 3 MN running and anchor lights.
No one makes this currently, everyone else makes 2 MN and will only work on smaller boats.

I bought the light for marine navigation mostly in rivers and this light is great and has saved many collisions with floating debris and i would suggest everyone who navigates at night to have one of these lights, it may save your life.

The LED lamps that I purchased work very well and do exactly as advertised. I used them through the winter and Christmas season and could change the light color easily. The only thing that should be revised is the need to reset the color selection each time the lamp is turned on. Should "remember" where it was left when turned off rather than having to reset.

Great light. The only thing i wish that you could run 2 go lights at out of one vehicle. Like to be able to plug the lights into the two cigarette lighter outlets and not have the lights interfere with each other. I have read that the light have to be grounded separately but that is hard to do with out hard wiring in a separate ground. we changed the remote channel but it did not help.

The previous light we had would start to go dim before turning off, The new light just stops without warning. This can be aproblem when out in the woods and all of a suden you are without light.

The lights are installed in the ceiling of our church and we are pleased with the results. The light output may be a little less that the PAR38s previously used but is adequate. I tried to use the your LFD lights in another location but the base did not fit. I compared the base of your light with the PAR38 and there is a difference. Some day I will see if I can change or modify your light base.

All the lights have minor scratches on the colored lenses. It's not enough to return them. Otherwise, my purchase experience was fine as in the past.

We had to redo our original quote due to shipping not being included. It would be beneficial to have those items brought up on the original request so as to not cause customers that have to go through an approval chain additional work. Your product is great. Thanks

My son-in-Law is ecstatic! His boat was in the shop for winter repairs and is only now about to come out on the water. He is very happy with the light. I want to get a storage bag(?) and maybe a clamp/mount for it, but haven't had time to look into exactly which to get for his boat. Good job all around. I'll laud the product, services and the MagnaLight name every chance I get...

One of the lights that was shipped had wires loose at the base. A return label was given and a new light is being shipped. Quality Control from the factory is in order.
